These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between cv666bd (hereinafter "the Platform", " "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the cv666bd platform.

By accessing the cv666bd website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by its terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

cv666bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement before each session. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with fair, responsible, and transparent gaming operations shall prevail.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the cv666bd website, its subdomains, associated mobile applications, and any other digital interface operated by or on behalf of cv666bd.
• "Player Account" refers to the registered account created by an individual upon successful completion of the cv666bd registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that have been credited to the Player Account and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if verification cannot be completed, permanent account closure.

2.1 Underage Gambling Prevention

In the event that cv666bd discovers or reasonably suspects that a Player Account is held by or was registered on behalf of an individual under the age of 18, cv666bd will immediately suspend the account, investigate the matter, void all bets placed, and return deposited funds (excluding any winnings generated) to the payment method from which the deposit originated. cv666bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name, which will be used for account verification and two-factor authentication.
• A valid email address that you own and have regular access to.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Player Account on cv666bd. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. In such cases, cv666bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. cv666bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify the cv666bd support team immediately via live chat or email at support@cv666bd.

All financial transactions on cv666bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cv666bd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Currency conversion is not supported on the Platform.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on cv666bd:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by cv666bd, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. cv666bd does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of Player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, platform maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

cv666bd is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the Platform for any financial crime. In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, we may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a Player Account. Deposits must originate from payment methods legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and, where warranted, reported to the appropriate authorities. Accounts under AML investigation may have withdrawal privileges suspended for the duration of the review.

cv666bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus amount, matching percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the Promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on cv666bd carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (or, in some cases, the combined real money and bonus balance) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means that bets totalling ৳20,000 must be placed before the bonus-derived winnings qualify for withdrawal.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
• cv666bd reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• cv666bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will not be retroactively affected by promotional changes made after their acceptance.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season — are subject to the same general bonus conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

By using the cv666bd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating betting patterns, or communicating game state information in live dealer games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game on behalf of a human player without explicit authorisation from cv666bd.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other method that violates the spirit of the offer.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or financing any illegal activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cv666bd staff, live dealers, or other players via the live chat function or any other communication channel.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where cv666bd determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited activity listed above, cv666bd reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the Player Account.
• Void all bets placed during the period in which prohibited conduct occurred.
• Withhold and permanently forfeit the Player's entire balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance.
• Report the Player and relevant transaction data to law enforcement or financial crime authorities.
• Pursue civil or criminal legal action where the scale of the prohibited conduct warrants it.

Either party — the Player or cv666bd — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the cv666bd support team via live chat or email at support@cv666bd. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations. Bonus Balances that have not satisfied their wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is suspended, marketing communications are ceased, and login access is blocked. 7.3 Closure by cv666bd

cv666bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player's account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose cv666bd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by cv666bd due to a breach of this Agreement, cv666bd reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following investigation, any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv666bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the cv666bd Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruption, or events beyond cv666bd's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account balance resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to secure your credentials.
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game played on the Platform, including outcomes affected by technical errors that are subsequently voided in accordance with this Agreement.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotions, or game descriptions published on the Platform where that information contains inadvertent errors or omissions.

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The cv666bd Platform and all services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cv666bd does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cv666bd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.3 Governing Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and cv666bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. cv666bd's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
